Tranquility Base You’ll feel right at home at this vacation rental, resting in a secluded and quiet neighborhood surrounded by the beautiful trees of Oregon. Located conveniently near the beach and downtown, you can take a day trip to Nehalem Bay State Park and hike/bike ride on its many trails, or enjoy access to the beach where you can take a lovely stroll on the soothing sands and keep your eyes out for agates. Step through the front door and into the living space, complete with comfy couches, a well-equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs, and plenty of sunshine shimmering through the tall windows. Outside, you’ll be greeted by the view of nature, sure to completely immerse you in the atmosphere, as well as a gas grill you can use for barbecuing. Turn on the gas fireplace and warm up the house as the moon sets up in the sky and stream your favorite TV shows. Rest your head for the night and hear the breaking of the waves as they rock you to sleep. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services will require a guest account to access. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
