Keuka Lake State Park offers public swimming and boat access just five miles from home. Festivals, hiking, and shopping as well as Naples and Fingler Lake Museums activities also offer additional fun for the group. At home, take in your surroundings while soaking in the private hot tub or sit down to an alfresco meal with friends and family at the outdoor dining table. A wood-burning outdoor fireplace adds a cozy ambiance for group gatherings. A central gas fireplace anchors the interior, with an electric fireplace insert in the living room equipped for additional comfort. A plush sofa, chaise, floor cushions, and a smart TV set the stage for casual downtime and family movie nights. The full kitchen comes well-equipped for handling home cooking with ease, with a dishwasher included for stress-free cleanup. March-May is ladybug season and there will be ladybugs in the home - they are harmless and there is nothing that can be done to prevent them. **Owner does live on site but rental has own entrance and yard.** Property Manager is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Property Manager is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
