This luxe, 1,560-square-foot condo sits less than a mile from the heart of Fraser and its great restaurants, breweries, and tubing hill. It’s a wonderful spot for leaving your car behind and strolling down the hill to a stop for The Lift shuttle bus (which connects you to Winter Park Resort less than five miles south).
Perched up on the top floor, this condo provides both enviable privacy and a true showcase of the splendor of nature. Outside on the large deck, you’ll find generous cushioned seating, a gas grill for summer barbecues, and a hot tub to enjoy on starry nights - all with a sweeping view of the mountains and valley.
