In the principal house on the ground floor is a magnificent open-plan living room, comprising lounge, dining room and immaculate, designer kitchen. Well-placed windows afford light and picturesque views from multiple spots, and doors open onto a beautiful terrace, which in turn opens onto the lawned garden and an ocean facing pool. There is a separate TV lounge and both living areas have a fireplace, perfect for cosy evenings. The bedroom wing is no less impressive, containing the master suite and three more bedrooms, all with build-in storage. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is an elegant family bathroom, and both master and second bedroom have doors opening to the outside. The house also has a study, making this the perfect property in which to combine work with relaxation. The studio flatlet is finished to the same, notable quality, and offers a cosy lounge, kitchenette and double bedroom, en-suite.
