Cape Greco Palm Trees Villa is perfectly located in a secluded area on the hills of Cape Greco, between the resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa.
Built on a large plot of land of 2000 m2 the villa is surrounded by one of the most beautiful and well-maintained gardens in the area with more than 20 palm trees, and features a large 12m x 6m private swimming pool. The pool patio offers two spacious covered areas, BBQ as well as a traditional clay oven, sunbeds, dining table with chairs, sofa set and is ideal for family parties or the ultimate relaxation.
The villa is made of two almost identical, separate semi-detached houses, with separate entrances, which makes the villa ideal for two families or groups that want to enjoy their holiday together but at the same time keep some privacy between them.
On the ground floor, both houses offer an open plan kitchen and living room area and a guest toilet. The kitchens are both fully equipped, with all electrical appliances, cutlery and kitchen utensils while the living rooms offer comfortable sofa sets, TV, fireplace and dining table with chairs.
On the upper floor, the first house features the family bathroom and two bedrooms with a double bed each. The second house, on the upper floor offers the family bathroom, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds.
This villa is furnished to a very high standard offering quality and comfort throughout, is fully equipped, fully air-conditioned, with high-speed Wi-Fi internet and satellite TV with English, European and Russian channels. With a total of four good sized bedrooms, two shower rooms, two guest toilets, two separate kitchens, and two living rooms, Cape Greco Palm Trees Villa can comfortably host up to a maximum of 8 guests.
The villa is less than 5 minutes’ drive to Protaras Centre and Ayia Napa, a car is advised but there is also a convenient bus stop, for both directions about 500m from the villa. The nearest beach is the Blue-Flag Konnos Bay with white sand and crystal-clear blue waters and is about 1km from the villa. All beaches and amenities of both Protaras and Ayia Napa are within easy reach.
This property is suited for families. For parties or celebrations of any kind, and for any reason are allowed with the prior consent of the host. This is a residential property, and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood, and to always keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guests being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
