#Zoe: Lovely Penthouse by Property Manager! Apartments is a brand new, 2-bedroom penthouse, located on Karolou Ntil Str, at the heart of Thessaloniki‘s centre. The apartment is located in the most upscale neighbourhood of the city, with bars, restaurants, sights, the seafront, and transportation, at less than a 5-minute walk! There’s no other name that describes this home better than Zoe: an Ancient Greek name that means life. The apartment is located in a historic building, built in the 1920s. Staying true to its heritage, we restored the oak wooden floors, the big and airy windows, the intricate designs on the ceilings, and did our best to honor Zoe’s history. When we finished the infrastructure of the apartment, we were in awe of the result. The apartment has a very unique, innate character, and that’s why we decided to add very simple and practical furniture....

You can walk along the city's waterfront, and enjoy the sunset, or take a cruise in the Thermaikos Gulf while enjoying a cocktail. We would personally recommend "Ladokolla Astrofeggia". Tsimiski street is the place to go for shopping on your day off.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
