- All memory foam mattresses and pillows are in allerease protectors for allergy and bedbug protection
-All 100% cotton towels and cotton sheets. Master queen bed has 680 thread count sheets, and all others are organic sheets from Pottery Barn.
-Disinfecting cleaning products are effective against coronavirus and do not have harsh chemicals.
Apt Layout:
Walk into the office space with a cozy fireplace and a twin daybed + trundle. High speed Wifi for work & streaming. The office space overlooks the balcony and a great view of the church outside. Open living room has a 55" Smart TV for all your streaming. The newly renovated kitchen has Dawn, Keurig with Starbucks kcups, and stocked for you to use!
The bathroom has a claw foot tub for soaking! We also provide Tide pods for your laundry emergencies.
The bedroom has a pillowtop, soft Queen mattress and 680 thread count sheets. We use 100% cotton towels and organic cotton sheets on the daybeds. All duvet covers are from Pottery Barn or Crate and Barrel.
Other Notes:
Security deposits will be refunded within 7 business days after the stay. We will notify you of any damages we find within 24 hours of check out.
In the summer, there are window AC units.
You will have access to the entire apartment + basement for laundry
Covington has many historic buildings in the Mutter Gottes District. Mainstrasse Village (Main St) has so many great restaurants and bars like Bouquet, Otto’s, Godfellow Pizza, Bean Haus. A couple of blocks down is the Brewery District with Braxton’s Brewing with outdoor seating. Madison St is a couple of blocks in the opposite direction with venues like The Madison, Hotel Covington, wine bars, and other great restaurants to walk to! Covington is right across the bridge from Downtown Cincinnati.
Walking is always great for exploring! Everything in Covington is so close. You could even walk across the bridge to Downtown Cincinnati. Uber/Lyft is available as well.
Parking is along the street. Shared laundry room is available in the basement. We provide Tide pods for any laundry emergencies during your stay.
For your security, we have Ring doorbell on the front door.
