This spacious apartment spans two floors, boasting a stylish and modern open plan kitchenette and living area adorned with unique decor to complement the old church’s original features and stained-glass windows. The vaulted ceilings and archway windows provide ample natural light, creating a serene atmosphere.
The apartment features two tastefully furnished double bedrooms on the first floor, and a well-appointed bathroom with a shower over the bath, WC and basin.
Located within walking distance to the town centre of Matlock and convenient access to public transportation make it a sought-after base for exploring the Peak District and Derbyshire. Matlock is known for its colorful buildings along the River Derwent, and it has been a favorite tourist destination since the discovery of its spa waters in the late 17th century. Visitors can enjoy strolls through the Riverside Gardens and Lovers Walks along Giddy Edge or hike to High Tor for breathtaking views from the summit.
Please be aware that this home is not suitable for children under the age of 10, and we cannot accommodate pets or stag/hen party groups. The property includes a kitchenette with a kettle, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee machine and sink for light food preparation. Please note there is no hob/stove or oven available.
