The newly renovated apartment Leone is in a quiet but strategic location in Moniga del Garda. The apartment is on the first floor with a separate entrance and private parking space in garage. There are only a few apartments in the quiet complex. The apartment consists of a large living room with flat screen TV and integrated kitchen, 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, one bedroom also has a small balcony, a bathroom with window, shower and washing machine, a large Terrace where you can end a day of vacation comfortably with a glass of wine. The entire apartment is very tastefully furnished. You can immediately feel the touch of the owners and feel completely comfortable. You can easily walk to the village center (approx. 500 m) or to the beach (approx. 1.5 km), or if you prefer, you can drive by car. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
