The Space:

Casa Bonita by Property Manager is a beautiful home, newly remodeled in the exclusive Palmilla Community, famous for its luxurious homes and within 5 min golf cart ride or 10 min walk to renown Palmilla Beach, one of the best swimmable beaches in Cabo.
This amazing single-level home features 4 tastefully decorated bedrooms and 4 full baths. All bedrooms are spacious and equipped with luxury linens and bath toiletries. The two Master bedrooms feature king-size beds, ensuite bathroom, smart TVs, and sliding doors that open to the backyard. The guest bedroom features 2 queen-size beds, smart TV, ensuite bathroom, and sliding doors open to the interior courtyard with a fountain, where you can relax in one of the two swing chairs and enjoy the breeze. Finally, the fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed and working space which is perfect for those that need to continue working remotely.
Enjoy your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances and a wet bar with fridge where you can prepare your favorite drinks. The home’s beautiful and spacious living room invites you to spend time with friends and family, while opening out onto the outdoor terrace with a private heated pool. Conveniently located just 25 minutes away from the San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD) and 10 minutes from San Jose Downtown, you will feel charm and luxury as soon as you enter Palmilla.
Take the golf cart to the Shoppes at Palmilla, which are just across the bridge (5 min drive or 10 min waking) with high end shoppes as well as a great variety of restaurants including: Creme Cafe (for a delicious morning breakfast, coffee or baked goods), Nick San (famous Japanese cuisine), and Blue Fish (delight with the fresh sea food and ceviche).
Also at The Shoppes you will find California Ranch Market which is a the grocery store you will want to visit for organic and gourmet groceries, as well as fresh produce and daily bakery goods. They also offer ready to go salads, entres and meals of the best quality.
