The lounge features comfortable seating options as well as a flatscreen TV, books, and board games. A beautiful sea breeze can be felt throughout the house. The huge windows lead to the outdoor deck where one can lay under the sun. Downstairs The cozy dining area sits 8 and the clean kitchen features wood accents where guests can prepare casual meals or a feast hassle-free thanks to the kitchen’s amenities and equipment, such as: Full-sized fridge/freezer Oven Microwave Cooktop Kettle Dishwasher Toaster Crockery, cutlery, and glassware Breakfast bar Pantry Melba Retreat also features a large lawn area where guests can host BBQs whilst watching the children play in the cubby house for hours. *Bedrooms and Bathrooms* This house can accommodate 12 guests in its 5 bedrooms.
