Steps to Gascoigne Park, short term vacation rental, long term stays - sleeps 6
The Villas at Gascoigne is a new condo community located steps away to Gascoigne Park. Gascoigne Park is a hidden gem, located on the Frederica River with a dock for public fishing, covered pavilion, grills and fitness trails. The Villas at Gascoigne is nestled amongst the live oaks near the entry of the island for easy on and off access to the mainland.
Our home is being offered either for a short time (5-night minimum) or a long-term stay (monthly). FLETC per diem is considered.
There are two community pools. Grills are located in the common area.
THE SPACE
Located on the 3rd floor over looking the tree tops & steeple of the chapel at Epworth.
Access 3rd floor by elevator or steps.
Upon entry, to the right is a guest bedroom with Queen size bed.
To the left is a shared bathroom with a tub/shower, single vanity and adjoins to the 2nd guest bedroom.
2nd guest bedroom can also be accessed by the hall a few steps further past the hall bathroom.
Down the hall you will enter an open space with the kitchen on the left, family room and dining room.
Off the dining room you can access the covered porch overlooking the tree tops of Epworth and the chapel’s steeple.
Off the dining room is the master bedroom with a king size bed, adjoining is a walk-in closet, double vanity sink, and an oversize shower.
Linens and bath towels are provided.
Kitchen has a single serve coffee maker, fully stocked dishes, glasses, wine glass, flatware, pots & pans.
Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby Property Manager, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you’ll find the St. Simons Property Manager and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups.We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
Booking Policy: Unfortunately we can’t host reservations that create 1-2 night gaps.
