Less than 5 minutes away is Beech Mountain Ski Resort, boasting winter favorites like skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, and snow tubing. In the summer, the resort transitions to world-renowned mountain biking and hiking trails. Buckeye Recreation Center is 10 minutes from this cabin, with a playground, volleyball and tennis courts, a fitness area, and Buckeye Lake for fishing and boating. The town of Banner Elk is 15 minutes away, with shopping and delicious local restaurants. A few other High Country attractions within 20 minutes include Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster, Sugar Creek Gem Mining, Banner Elk Winery, and Sugar Mountain Ski Resort. On the main level is the Master King bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom with a separate soaking tub and walk-in shower. There is also a Queen bedroom with a shared full bathroom with a shower. On the upper level, there is a King bedroom with ensuite bathroom with a shower. The lower level boasts a game room with a pool table and cozy seating around an HDTV. There is also a Full bedroom with a shared full bathroom with a shower. The final bedroom is also on the lower level, with 3 Twin beds and an ensuite full bathroom with a shower.
