Villa Mennula has three bedrooms, one of which is master with bathroom, a second bathroom and two other bedrooms, a large living room with lounge and dining area, kitchen and utility room with laundry. You can have single or double beds, the possibility of adding single beds or cots for children at no extra cost. In the bedrooms, the beds will be arranged according to the needs of the guests, compatibly with the spaces available. The swimming pool is private for the exclusive use of Villa Mennula guests. We are just 2 kilometers from the center of Noto and its renowned cathedral of San Corrado and a little more from the most beautiful beaches in Sicily. Villa Mennulla is a holiday home resting on the first hill of Gioi, immersed in a large lemon grove that releases perfume throughout the year but brazenly open to the sea and the hills overlooking the city of Noto The high position, the lemons but also the olive trees and English lawns...

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
