Apartment Sunset Suite Premium is a high standard accommodation close to the sea, located in Porec, Spadici region, close to Marea beach. The beach is sandy, ideal for families. The apartment is fully equipped, it consists of an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living rooms opens to the large terrace overlooking the sea, ideal for al freco dinners with magnificent sunsets. There are two bedrooms, one with a large double bed and the other with twin beds. There is a bathroom with a shower.There is a pedestrian area to the center of Porec starting from Hotel Marea or there is a possibility to take a small train to get to Porec. The apartment is located on the 3 rd floor of a building and it has a private outdoor parking for one car.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
