East Pass 605 is a 2200 sqft 3BR/2.5BA, penthouse condo situated on beautiful Holiday Isle, between the Destin Harbor and East Pass! Relax on the extended balcony with unbelievable views of the Gulf, Harbor and East Pass, or watch the sunset on the beachfront pool deck! You’ll be able to see the boats passing by through the floor to ceiling windows while relaxing in one of the TWO living areas! All windows are equipped with plantation shutters. The huge open kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances including a Sub-Zero fridge, breakfast bar, and a dining area + extra outdoor patio tables for dining alfresco and grills available poolside. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bath with double sinks, jetted tub, and walk in shower. There’s a guest room with a king bed and another guest room with two twin beds. East Pass Towers features a beachfront pool, hot tub, two levels of sundecks with chairs and loungers, and a full exercise room with kitchen and barstools. The beach at East Pass Towers is steps away from the condo and uniquely built up on a seawall. If you haven’t been to Holiday Isle, you’re in for a treat. It’s a serene, little oasis in the middle of Destin, with 2 and a half miles of paved trails for walking and biking, surrounded by quiet neighborhoods perfect for exploring on a bike. It’s just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, boat docks, fishing, golf, and amusements. Once you stay in Holiday Isle, you’ll want to come back year after year.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.
