Colombo Square is a charming apartment in Funchal city centre and is ideal for two people.
It is recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy the city mood in a less busy area with several services nearby, not worrying about driving a car and having easy access to buses to different destinations.
The apartment is 42 m2 and comprises one bedroom with a king-size bed, a space with sofa, dining table and kitchenet, a full bathroom, and two small balconies.
It is equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, washer, dishwasher, stove, oven, and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (500 Mbps), TV with international channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.
LOCATION
The apartment is at the city centre in a quiet pedestrian street and has easy pedestrian access to the old town.
It is 20 meters from Praça Colombo, 100 meters from the Cathedral, 200 meters from the seaside and Praça do Povo and 400 meters from Mercado dos Lavradores.
Aerobus from the airport has a bus stop 240 meters from the building.
Within 200 meters there are several restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, bus stops and attraction centres.
REMARKS
Cleaning is done before check-in and there is weekly cleaning, which includes a change of bed linen and towels.
Due to the island’s climate, insects can occur unexpectedly. To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clean up food waste and keep food well packaged.
People who are sensitive to mosquito bites are advised to use insect repellent when traveling around the island.
The apartment is in a quiet pedestrian street in the city centre but there is potential for noise, mainly during the day and if windows are open.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Self-check-in with flexible arrival time is available via a key lockbox whose code is created and sent on the day of arrival. For face-to-face check-in, it is necessary to schedule the time and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.
5. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.
