The apartment consists of a large living area with sofa, a kitchen, 2 double bedrooms (possibility of single beds), 2 bathrooms and an internal courtyard for exclusive use.
The apartment is equipped with TV, Wi-Fi connection, washing machine, air conditioning (only in the two bedrooms). The exceptional location allows you to visit the entire historic center of Florence on foot.
Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of EUR 100 will be charged.
