The brand new kitchen comes equipped with all stainless steel appliances, luxury granite countertops, and high-end cookware. No expense was spared on the 3 bedrooms that come furnished with high-end Stearns & Foster, Sealy mattresses. Just off the living room is an open and bright covered patio overlooking the sparkling saltwater pool which is perfect for morning coffee, lunch, or afternoon cocktails. There is an outdoor TV so you won’t miss the game while hanging at the pool. This home is great for families as it comes equipped with child safety features such as a pool alarm and safety gate separating the back door from the pool! Bring your pup along. This home can accommodate 1 dog up to 100lbs for an additional non refundable pet fee of $50. This fee will be added to the booking after the reservation is made. Any dog on the premises must be disclosed to management prior to your stay. The home is located just a short 3 miles from the famous Navarre pier, the longest pier in Florida!
