Take one of the 4 bikes provided and ride the bike trails down to Seaside, Watercolor or Grayton Beach. Grill out some fresh catch on the gas grill on the back deck. The living room has a flat screen Smart TV for you to access your own Netflix, Hulu or Amazon prime accounts, and there are board games in the TV cabinet in the living room. The central heat/air is zoned separately for upstairs and downstairs and the laundry room has a front loading washer and dryer. With a king size bed in the first master bedroom, a queen bed in the second master bedroom, a queen bed in both guest rooms, and a Queen Sealy sleeper sofa in the living room, this lovely home sleeps 10. The area is the highest point in South Walton County and surrounded by great eateries and local eclectic shops. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer’s Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. You’ll have an array of dining options to choose from!   The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs.
