A short walk from beach access and 2 blocks from N. Barrett Square, this stunning home offers a bright, open floor plan with gorgeous furnishings, high ceilings, a commercial-grade chef’s kitchen, and even a private office. With 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 2 Twin beds, and a twin bunk nook, this luxurious beach home sleeps 10 guests comfortably. With the beautiful beach being a short walk away, there will be nothing stopping you from spending your vacation days in the cool gulf water and soaking in the sun. Coquina Pool: Near the beach, it’s an infinity edge pool presided over by triangular stucco building which includes men’s and women’s changing rooms. Open daily from 9am to 9pm. Sky Pool: Indoor pool with a retractable roof. The pool deck features radiant heating for the winter months and three swim lanes. Open daily from 6am to 10pm. Adult only hours are 6am-9am and 8pm-10pm. Barbados Pool: Outdoor Pool immediately recognizable by its copper roof and fountain, located on the south west section of Rosemary Beach and features a small children’s pool. Another unique feature is the 2.3 miles of interconnected pathways and boardwalks, illuminated at night by gas lanterns. You will love the picturesque green lawn, sugar white beaches and lovely Emerald waters that make this area so famous. And you will love Rosemary Beach. 30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you’ll find it all right here.   The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs.
