Look out over the stone patio at the picturesque mountains while you enjoy a meal together. Dining room with seating for 6. Inviting living room with plenty of seating, and a large mounted TV above this charming gas fireplace. Large laundry room.
Home features the King bedroom with mounted TV, and ceiling fan on the main level. A twin over full bunkbed with mounted TV and games for the family.
Oversize closet and ensuite bath vanity. Bathe like royalty with a spacious bath with jetted tub and separate standing shower.
Upstairs find a King bedroom with mounted TV, ceiling fan and attached bathroom featuring a standing tile shower and double vanity. The bath is shared between the King and another King bedroom with ceiling fan, and mounted TV. Down the hall has a large full bath with tile soaking tub. This level also features a twin bed with mounted TV, dresser, jumbo ConnectFour game and foosball table. This room leads to an upper loft that includes a full, queen, and air mattress bedroom with ceiling fan, dresser, and mounted TV. Additional closet space and full bathroom featuring a double sink vanity, and tile oversized tub.
Join the family downstairs in a game of billiards in the game room. Multiple mounted TVs, pool table, hall bathroom and seating for the entertainment for your whole family!

Additional Notes
-This home allows up to 4 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
-Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
-This property has three exterior security cameras, Camera 1 is located above garage and point toward driveway, Camera 2 is on back patio but has been aimed down and only captures ground and partial rear entry door, and Camera 3 is doorbell style camera at the main entryway. No cameras monitor the interior of the home or common gathering areas.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
