Dreams and Streams is a cozy three bedroom cabin located just outside of Boone and offers incredible New River frontage, a fenced in yard, and sleeping space for up to 8 guests! If you’re in search of a quiet, peaceful getaway, this is the one for you! The bedroom on the main level features two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds. Upstairs in the semi-enclosed loft you’ll find a queen bed and full bathroom. The spacious master suite, located on the lowest level, features a king bed and full bathroom. Also on the lowest level is a separate seating area with a flat screen TV, a Foosball table and arcade machine! This area features doors opening to the covered porch overlooking the river. The soothing sounds of the New River will lull you to sleep after an exciting day kayaking, tubing or fishing on the river! Best of all, this home is within a 5 minute walking distance to Wahoo’s Adventures which offers tubing and white water rafting!...

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
