Cozy Cabin is located in the heart of Valle Crucis, just off of Baird’s Creek in a beautiful development called The Greene Place and is located just across the road from another rental favorite, Kaylee’s Kabin. So if you and some friends or family are looking to book two cabins but would like to enjoy your own space while still being able to walk over and visit, look no further!
Cozy Cabin is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your vacation with a gated back deck, central heating & air, a beautiful fire pit and a wood burning fireplace, it’s the perfect place for you. The "cozy" living room has a Smart TV with streaming capabilities and the Spectrum App for your viewing pleasure. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin has a king master bedroom upstairs, two queen bedrooms on the main floor and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedroom and one of the queen bedrooms each have a Smart TV with streaming capabilities and the Spectrum App for live TV.
Not only is this cabin cozy, warm and spacious on the inside, the outdoor decks and patio are just waiting for you to come and enjoy. With a picnic table area to enjoy the outdoor beauty of the mountains as well as a custom built fire pit for roasting s’mores and spending quality time with your family or friends, this area is perfect for stargazing and easing away the stress and business right out of you. IMPORTANT NOTES:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this cabin.
- 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-April and chains may also be necessary during inclement weather.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week’s notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
- The owners of this home use exterior driveway cameras to ensure their home remains safe. No cameras monitor the decks, firepit area, or the interior.
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
