Welcome to Cozy Cub at Echota! A 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo located in the beautiful community of Echota. When entering the home, it has an open kitchen plan. The appliances for your use in the kitchen are stainless steel with granite countertops to compliment. For all of the coffee lovers, there is both a Keurig coffeemaker, and a standard drip coffee maker. There is lots of storage in the cabinets for ingredients and coffee cups, wine glasses, and drinking glasses. There is also a large refrigerator/ freezer combo that has lots of space for food, and drink storage. Off from the kitchen is the living room and dining room. The dining room has three chairs and has a large table perfect for family meals. The living room has a large flat screen tv that is mounted on the wall, and gas log fireplace. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
