High on Cloud Nine has a few steps to the covered entry on the left. The large entryway inside welcomes you and your guests. Follow the hallway to the right and the living room and kitchen open up. Stainless steel appliances, plentiful counter space, and a large island allow multiple chefs to create a feast. The dining table seats the entire group comfortably, and there are also 4 barstools if you are stopping for a bite. The owner provides both a Keurig and a standard drip coffeemaker, so bring along your favorites of either type! Between the dining and the living room is the focal point, a see-through gas fireplace made of gorgeous stones stacked to the vaulted ceiling. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
