This home features a wood burning fireplace and large flat screen TV in the living room. For added comfort, Country Life has central air conditioning, a drip coffeemaker in the kitchen, and laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. You’ll find the family room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and two Queen bedrooms on the main level. There is also a full bath between the two bedrooms. Each of these two Queen bedrooms have chic LVP flooring! Upstairs you will find the large loft with plenty of furnishings and a sofa sleeper. The Queen suite bedroom with a private bath offers a newly upgraded double vanity, whirlpool tub and separate shower. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
