This beautiful home, located at just over 4000’ elevation, offers an amazing view from high on Appalachian Ski Mountain. Finished in Fall 2022, this luxurious mountain cabin offers everything you and your loved ones need for a wonderful vacation!
On the main level you’ll find an open Great Room with exposed bark log beams, vaulted ceilings, a stone gas log fireplace, circular couch, big HDTV, a wall of windows overlooking the layered mountain views, and access to the deck. There’s a gorgeous kitchen with wine cooler, island, granite counters, and stainless appliances including double ovens, double microwaves, and a gas range ready for entertaining. Seating for everyone is available with the dining table and four bar-height seats at the counter. Off the kitchen, you’ll find a main level half-bath. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
