The Home
Sunset Valley is a stunning home overlooking the Eagles Nest Winery with long range views. The interior is single level living for easy access and four suites. Two bedrooms feature king beds one with a queen fold-out sofa bed, and two have queen beds. Off the living room is a TV room with cozy, large sectional and deck access. In the attached garage is a poker/bumper pool table, foosball, board games, desks for school/work, and your own fitness station (small fridge in photos is no longer there). Outside you’ll find a fireplace and TV on the deck, dining on the deck and on the patio below, a hot tub with privacy wall, and a beautiful fire pit. Please note that there is ongoing construction in the Vineyard Village, where Sunset Valley is located. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
