This amazing custom-built home with upgraded features and unique artistic touches in Valle Crucis area will be your new favorite getaway!
Wood beamed vaulted ceilings, a gas log fireplace, and large TV combine to make a warm and welcoming Great Room. Chefs in your group will enjoy the gourmet kitchen with Thermador gas range, granite counters, and tons of beautiful cabinets. Enjoy the open floor plan with breakfast nook in the bay window, floor to ceiling stone fireplace and multifunction lighting/ fan fixtures to fit your mood. Everyone can dine together at the table for 8.
Time for bed? The luxurious main floor master suite offers a king bed and vaulted wood ceiling, with a private bath with a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub.
Head downstairs to a lower level with 10ft ceilings throughout. Here you’ll find two spacious bedrooms with huge walk-in closets. One has a Queen bed and the second has a Queen and Twin bed. Each room has its own full bath, and here there’s also a den with a fireplace.
The lower level deck has a high end 6 person hot tub, fire table and upholstered deck furniture where you can kick back and enjoy the peaceful mountain sights and sounds around you.
Just off the kitchen you’ll find a garage that’s been converted to a game room. This space is heated/cooled and equipped with a large screen TV, pool table, foosball, and ping pong, refrigerator and sofa bed.
Enjoy exploring the acre of land complete with a huge boulder and stone retaining wall that adds appeal. You may not ever want to leave this beautiful haven but if you do, you’ll find yourself just 15-20 minutes to several ski slopes, Banner Elk, Boone, Linville, App State University and Grandfather Mountain.
Additional Notes:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- This property is pet friendly for one (1) mature, hypoallergenic dog under 20lb. Pet rent is $25/nt plus tax. Thank you for not requesting an exception to the number of permitted dogs or posted weight restriction.
- Please observe a quiet hour of 10PM as there are full time residents nearby.
- AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months.
- Parking space for up to 4 vehicles.
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
