The Home
Knotty by Nature (formerly Doodle Ridge) was Custom Built in 2021 and designed for true enjoyment of everything the mountains have to offer! The “mountain modern” décor lends to an extremely comfortable and inviting escape that will be enjoyed by all. There are two fully furnished balconies complete with fireplaces, plus a firepit, all to cozy up to and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Indoors, there are two complete living rooms with fireplaces, plus a game room for the young and young at heart. You will never want to leave!

On the front porch, there are two rocking chairs to sit in and enjoy the wildlife and the view. Once you enter the home, you’ll find the main living with an open concept. The family room has plenty of very comfortable seating and a fireplace. There is a smart TV with Hulu live plus all of the streaming options. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
