Welcome to Lessons from Mars! Sitting atop Beech Mountain, this newly built home is the perfect place to settle in. The main level, accessed with just one step from the parking area, has a central great room with high ceilings, a wall of windows and sliding glass doors overlooking the views, a stone gas log fireplace, a built in log mantle, and large screen TV. Comfortable furniture is arranged around the fireplace and looking out the windows. Also in the great room is a dining table with room for all, featuring long bench style seating and two cozy head seats. Just steps away you’ll find the fully stocked kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances. Just steps through the sliding glass doors you’ll find the gas grill and large hot tub. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
