The living room offers the highly sought after rustic charm that a mountain cabin is supposed to offer. Vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, a stacked stone wood burning fireplace, and cozy sofas await you for family movie night after an exciting day exploring. The kitchen is complete with KitchenAid appliances, including a gas range. The small island has 2 barstools for quick meals before heading into town. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and offers space for 4 guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, baking dishes, and plenty of utensils. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
