Located in the heart of the city, just a short walk from Liverpool’s famous Castle street and iconic Three Graces. Our apartment is the perfect hub for those looking to explore the city, or ideal for work stays, with the business district only a 5 minute walk away!
This beautifully furnished apartment offers everything you need for your city break, we provide all of the basics you’ll need!
The Space:
This cosy and elegant apartment is spread across two floor and sleeps up to seven guests. We offer two spacious king size beds in each bedroom, with an additional super comfortable, full mattress, double sofa bed in the lounge area. Our-ensuite bedroom also has an additional single futon sofa bed. Two modern bathrooms with complimentary shower gel, shampoo and hand wash!
**Please note that the single sofa-bed in the apartment is fairly small and is ideal for children, young adults and those who are happy to sleep on a cosy, snug, single futon bed. Please see photos for reference. **
The apartment has an open plan lounge and kitchen area with dining table and breakfast bar, a modern, fully equipped kitchen with all of the essentials for home cooked meals, and a spacious fridge freezer for all of your favourite ingredients.
Our flat screen TV comes with a handy firestick - giving you access to all of your favorite TV shows, movies, subscription services and music.
**Please note that a baby cot is available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay.**
Guest Access:
Our guests have exclusive access to the whole house during their stay. We are contactable during your stay but please do note we will not be at the property.
Interaction with Guests:
We like to give guests as much space as possible, so never meet in person unless required. We are contactable 24/7.
The Neighborhood:
This apartment is situated right in the heart of Liverpool - just a two minute walk to the iconic Liver Building and Liverpools stunning water front. The famous Castle Street is located right on your doorstep, with some of Liverpools favourite restaurants and bars such as the famous San Carlo, Viva Brazil and Brazilian Steakhouse and Bar. Exchange flags is also just around the corner too where you can drink in some of the history of Liverpool by visiting the hidden Western Approaches, or the Nelson Monument just north of the Town Hall. The apartment is also the perfect base if you’re visiting for work, Old Hall Street and the business district are just a 7 minute walk away!
Lastly, the Liverpool ONE shopping centre is just a 3 minute walk away, filled with a huge variety of shops to spend hours browsing in!
Getting Around:
Please note that key collection for the apartment is from a local Keynest store, approximately a 5-15 minute walk away. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.
The apartment is easy reachable by train as St James stations is only a 2 minute walk, Moorfields station is only 5 minutes away and the main Lime Street Station only a 13 minute walk!
The closest car park is the NCP 24 hour secure car park located only a 4 minute walk to the apartment and it goes for £18 for a full day.
Other Things to Note:
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 5 minute walk. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!
The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at:
8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
House Rules:
• We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building.
• Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob.
• Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 11am.
• No large groups under the age of 25.
• Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
