Modern, spacious, and fully furnished apartment with a terrace and its own parking spot. The apartment is 67 square meters. There is a nice bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, and a bathroom with a washing machine and a bath combined with a shower, and a separate toilet. The kitchenette has all that you need for your stay. There is a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee machine, a microwave, a kettle, also kitchenware, plates, cups, glasses... This apartment has a parking space in the garage, which is in the same building, and a large terrace. Breakfast on the terrace in the morning when the city still sleeps or a cup of tea/coffee or a glass of traditional Czech beer after a day spent in vibrant tourist areas will be very much appreciated! The apartment is located in a quiet area called Karlín. This area is famous for its nice position just next to the Vltava River surrounded by parks and a huge portfolio of restaurants, cafés, and pubs around. For example, a famous Hotel OTA with Sky Bar - Cloud 9 overlooking the city is only 5 minutes away. The heart of the Old Town can be reached by multiple options of public transportation or by foot. Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority! Provided during your stay: - Clean towels (1 big and 1 small for each guest) & bedding. - Hair & body shampoo and hand soap. - Detergent for washing dishes, sponge, paper towel. - Toilet paper (at least 2 rolls). - Wireless unlimited high-speed internet is available throughout the entire apartment. Please note the city tax is not included and will be collected on the day of your arrival. European city tax is a small fee charged to visitors by the municipality. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night. Kindly share your time of arrival. Check-in time is from 16.00. The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located in the city center (Truhlarská 1489/29, 110 00 Nové Mesto, Prague 1). It is open NON-STOP. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in. If you prefer to get personal check-in (somebody will meet you at the address) an additional fee will be charged. The fee is as follows: - 16:00 - 21.00: 20 EUR - 21:00 - 00:00: 30 EUR - 00:00 - 00:30: 50 EUR. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (the latest 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly. Please respect our apartment and neighbors.
