You may check in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am. - For your convenience, we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay. - There is dining space in the kitchen, loft, & basement. - Guests are responsible for providing their own firewood. - No RV or Trailer parking. **Please Note: The garage door in the game room can be opened manually but has no child sensor yet. So, guests will need to be careful when opening and closing the door. **Please note: There are public paid Electric Vehicle chargers throughout downtown Knoxville, and there is not a free one available at the property. - The detached garage is not accessible to guests. - Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival. - Guests are responsible for providing their own propane for grills and outdoor fireplaces. There is often a supply left by previous guests, so we recommend checking before purchase.
