Located in one of the most noble and regal streets of the city, parallel to Avenida de Alfonso XII and on the corner of Calle Alcalá, just a few steps from the well-known Puerta de Alcalá, emblem of the city of Madrid and its Bourbon era and that has so much to visit. It is a very select area, of high standing and much desired by locals and visitors to whom not many people can have access due to the high prices of their homes. It has an unbeatable location, next to the Retiro Park, Plaza de Cibeles, or Calle Serrano. Surrounded by the most exclusive restaurants and shops in the city where you can rub shoulders with the celebrities and beautiful people of the moment. Next to the Ritz Mandarin Oriental Hotel or the Palace, and access on foot to the most important commercial and cultural offer in the city: the prestigious Prado Museum, the Cibeles Palace, or the Thyssen Bornemisza Museum and the botanical garden, among others. You can also walk to Velázquez, Goya or Serrano streets where the most exclusive shops and the most fun terraces are found.

This luxurious apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator, preceded by a flight of stairs.
The classic French style of the house, with beautiful wooden floors, large balconies facing the street, or high coffered ceilings, has been combined with a warm decoration using natural materials and soft colors seeking to give warmth to the environment. The apartment has capacity for 8 people distributed in 3 double bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds, as well as a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. The rooms are oriented to interior patios and all have a wardrobe, one of them with direct access to the hall through a glass door and privacy that has an en-suite bathroom with shower. In addition, the apartment has another bathroom that opens onto the hallway. The kitchen, at the end of the corridor, facing the interior patio is fully equipped and has a round table for breakfast, a dishwasher, washing machine, oven - microwave and other small appliances.
This apartment has Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning in two of the bedrooms and in the living room. Without a doubt, a stay in it will make any stay in Madrid an unforgettable experience. It is definitely a cozy place in a great area.
