Styling and excellent location are the characteristics that best define this three-story apartment. On the main floor is the kitchen area, which combines the modern with the functional. It is fully equipped with all appliances such as microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer and etc. The kitchen is connected to a cozy and bright living room with plasma TV with the possibility of connecting your Netflix, HBO, Prime accounts. Both rooms, located upstairs and downstairs from the main floor, have two very comfortable double beds, and there is also a double sofa-bed in the living room available to the client. The great advantage of the apartment is the en-suite bathrooms in both bedrooms.
Tastefully decorated, it is a warm apartment with all the comforts that will make your visit to Madrid something to remember.

This apartment does not have private parking, the nearest public parking is 450 m Parking [P] Atocha-Retiro-Madrid - Plaza Reyes Magos.
The apartment is a triplex with direct access from the street and fairly steep stairs to access the upper floor and the ground floor through.
The apartment is equipped with a water tank for hot water and its duration will be linked to the content of the thermos that will need to be recharged once it is finished.
The baby crib is subject to availability.
