The Antonio López apartment is located in the south of Madrid, near Matadero. It has a very good public transport connection with subway and bus stops, to the city center, with the Marqués de Vadillo metro stop very close.
Located on the banks of the Manzanares River, very close to Madrid Río, a huge park with a bike path and space to carry out all kinds of outdoor activities, take a walk, play sports, disconnect, situated closed to the Antonio López shopping center, Museo del Matadero, a space that houses contemporary shows and exhibitions.
The Apartment:
It is located in a building with an elevator, on the first floor. It has a Wifi connection. A great opportunity to get to know the city of Madrid!
It has an area of 65 m², consists of two bedrooms, has capacity for six people and offers its guests a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The living room is an open room with fresh décor, a sofa bed and a beautiful dining table.
The independent, modern, and bright kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including high-end appliances: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes / cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron, dryer, individual gas boiler, air conditioning throughout the accommodation.
This wonderful apartment has two bathrooms, both have a shower with a screen.
The main room is very bright, has a window to the outside and has a double bed and good storage capacity thanks to its closets. The second room, also with a window to the outside, has two single beds.
It has underfloor heating and cooling, an innovative system that avoids having to use radiators and air conditioners.
This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park within 200 meters of the apartment.
The baby crib is subject to availability.
