This two bedroom/two bathroom condo was fully renovated in November, 2022! This condo features a huge balcony off of both the living room and master bedroom with a table and two chairs. The kitchen has new cabinets, counter top and appliances. It is stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes and cutlery you will need to make meals on your vacation. There are three bar stools at the kitchen counter next to the new dining room table that seats four. The living room has spacious seating, large flat screen TV and a view of the ocean with balcony access! The master bedroom has a brand new king bed, large flat screen TV, walk-in closet, a view of the ocean with balcony access and an ensuite. The guest bedroom has two new queen beds and a flat screen TV. There is also a washer and dryer right inside of the unit. The unit is supplied with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, a hard cooler and a beach umbrella. Boardwalk is a beautiful complex that has a heated pool. Boardwalk It is located near downtown Cocoa Beach with many local restaurants, bars and stores within walking distance to explore! There is a private beach access right at the complex to get to the white sandy beach - you couldn’t be any closer! The complex is three miles away from the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier and close to many restaurants and attractions. The Kennedy Space Center, Disney, Brevard Zoo and the outlet malls are easy day trips. BOOKING TIP: Discounts are automatically applied for stays 7 nights & greater!
