Next to Plaza de Santa Ana, Puerta del Sol, Gran Vía and Plaza de Canalejas, right in the heart of the major tourist area of Madrid. Ideal for discovering the city and strolling to the Museo del Prado and Barrio de las Letras, going for tapas in La Latina or spending Sunday outside on a typical Madrid terrace.
It is in a quiet street with lots of services nearby, for a very pleasant stay.
The apartment:
This 120 m2 apartment is in a renovated typical Madrid building and has been built and decorated using the best materials and finishes, including double glazing, wooden floors and top-quality furniture: rugs, curtains and classic paintings.
It is on the first floor and can only be reached by climbing a flight of stairs even though the building does have a lift. There is a CCTV by the entrance and the apartment has air conditioning and central heating throughout, as well as cable TV, Internet, dishwasher, washing-drying machine and everything else you need for an unbeatable stay.
The apartment can sleep four and has two amazing, welcoming bedrooms. One has two single truckle beds and the other has a queen-size double bed. Both have good-sized wardrobes to store your clothes and lovely mahogany-coloured furniture with sea motifs. The living room has a sofa, a lounge area with TV and a dining area.
There are two superb marble bathrooms: one has a shower and the other is ensuite to the main bedroom and has a bathtub. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen is a real joy. The apartment has a terrace overlooking a 20 m2 inner courtyard fitted out with tables, chairs and sunshades. An added touch to make this apartment the perfect choice.This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find public parking within 100 meters.
The baby crib is subject to availability.

Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. We are not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard.
