The apartment is located in an old building with a beautiful façade and the interior of the building has been completely renovated. The apartment is on the first floor and has an elevator. White and light colors play the main role in the decoration of this comfortable apartment. The apartment has all the amenities you might need for the perfect stay such as air-conditioning, independent heating, internet and, of course, all the modern kitchen appliances needed for a pleasurable stay. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed while the second bedroom has 2 individual beds. The comfortable living room consists of two black elegant armchairs and a 3 person sofa. The new flat-screen television has all of the local channels. A relaxing time can be assured.This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find public parking within 250 meters. Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT).
