This apartment is in the famous La Latina neighbourhood, which simply oozes charm. Its narrow streets reveal ancient medieval walls and large and small churches, chapels and squares such as Plaza de la Cebada, Plaza del Humilladero, Plaza de la Paja, Plaza de San Andrés and Puerta Cerrada, with lively pavement cafes, bars and restaurants. It is also home to some of the city’s great festivities, including the Fiestas de la Paloma and the Fiestas de San Isidro (the city’s patron saint) in the Jardines de las Vistillas.
It is very close to another famous neighbourhood, Las Letras, the site of museums such as Museo Thyssen-Bornemisza, Museo del Prado and Museo Reina Sofía, art galleries and historic house museums such as Miguel de Cervantes’s house. The list of cultural possibilities is endless!
The apartment is in a building that has been fully renovated, leaving only its 1950s façade, with its decorative architectural features, intact. No expense has been spared to combine elegant and modern design in the NoMad apartments: guests’ comfort is first and foremost. There is central air conditioning throughout and magnetic keys grant access to the building and the apartment and control the power supply. A locker for storing luggage inside the building is designed to make your arrival, stay and departure as comfortable as possible. The true star is the communal rooftop terrace, which boasts stunning views over the city.
The fully renovated NoMad 3 apartment can sleep seven. Laid out in elegant style, there is a bright main bedroom with a double bed, good-sized wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with shower. Next there is a second bedroom with two single beds, a desk and a window overlooking the street, which floods the room with light. Finally there is a single bedroom. The second bathroom has a large built-in shower and colourful vintage cement tiles. The living room has a comfortable double sofa bed and a dining table that seats six.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you’ll need to feel right at home.
The terrace will be closed every day of the week from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
The baby crib is subject to availability.

Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. We are not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
