This apartment is right in the heart of La Latina, a neighbourhood with a great social life by day and night. It has lots of famous bars and restaurants and several of the city’s main sights, including Palacio Real, Catedral de la Almudena, Plaza Mayor and El Rastro flea market, held every Sunday in Plaza de Cascorro, which attracts thousands of madrileños of all ages. There are plenty of museums, cinemas and theatres within easy walking distance. The apartment: The NoMad building has been fully renovated to create high-quality apartments made out of the finest materials offering the utmost in comfort. There is central air conditioning throughout and magnetic keys grant access to the building and the apartment and control the power supply. Lockers are available for guests to store their luggage safely. Great care has been taken to ensure guests have a perfect stay. The apartment is a bright two-bedroom attic flat that can sleep six. There is one full bathroom with shower and two terraces: the smaller one can be accessed from the kitchen and the larger one is reached from the living room. The whole flat is flooded with light. The main terrace is decked out with a table and chairs for six and two comfortable sun loungers. The living room is furnished with a dining table that seats six and a comfortable, easy-to-open double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you need (including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and fridge). There is air conditioning in all rooms and separate heating. A real treat right in the heart of Madrid! You can also use the communal roof terrace, fitted out so that guests can relax as they take in the stunning views over the city. The terrace on the roof of the building will be closed every day of the week from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. The baby crib is subject to availability. Air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment. To take into consideration: We respect: for the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times. The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment. The terrace will be closed every day of the week from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. We are not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said process beforehand. Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT).
