Apartment located in the heart of La Latina neighbourhood.
Famous for its lively social life, both day and night, for its well-known bars and restaurants and for the multitude of monuments and emblematic buildings in Madrid such as the Royal Palace, The Almudena Cathedral, Plaza Mayor or the famous El Rastro Market, which takes place every Sunday in Plaza de Cascorro, gathering thousands of people of all ages every weekend. Likewise, it is surrounded, without the need for long journeys, by a long list of Museums, Cinemas and Theatres.
The apartment is located in a representative building from the 50s architecture that has been completely renovated, only leaving its original facade intact. Original elements have been elegantly combined with more modern design elements to give each detail, each apartment, a touch of maximum distinction and elegance. In addition, all apartments have centralized air conditioning in all rooms.
The NoMad 1 apartment is a 95 m2 flat with 3 independent bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with capacity for 7 people. It consists of a very bright main bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with a beautiful built-in shower en suite and a spacious built-in wardrobe.
The other rooms have single beds (two beds in one room and one in another) and in the living room we find a sofa bed for two people. Two large balconies facing the street provide the living room with lots of light and fantastic warmth. The bathrooms have a shower and towel radiators and a hydraulic-style tile has been used for the bathrooms, giving them a retro and stylish look.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Property Manager is not responsible for any delay in entry to the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Property Manager is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
