Villa Alexandros is an amazing Corfu villa with a private pool, a property, secluded, but with dreamy, panoramic views of the vast Ionian Sea at the front of the property. With a tranquil olive grove and mountain views from the back, located in Nissaki, just 1 km away (10 min walk) from Kaminaki beach and only 30 minutes from Corfu airport.
The property is set on a hillside above Nissaki, with extensive outside entertaining areas, a self-contained level, and a magical, shaded rooftop terrace surrounding a swimming pool. Villa Alexandros boasts having uninterrupted views along the Corfu coastline and across the sea to the mountains of Albania and the Greek mainland.
Villa Alexandros is the ideal villa for small or large families, up to 8 persons. It is unusually arranged with external stairs linking three floors: The ground floor, the self-contained annexe, the main villa on the first level, and the unbelievably huge roof terrace. This level consists of an open plan kitchen/dining area, which opens to a garden terrace, a shared bathroom, a double bedroom and a twin, with one single and one pull-out bed.
Contrary to the norm, this villa has its pool located on the terrace, connected to the other parts of the property with external staircases. The swimming pool also has a children section on the side. The central part of the house, upstairs, is fully air-conditioned. It features a bathroom and a shower room, one master double bedroom and two twins, an open plan modern kitchen with dining and sitting areas. The front balcony doors open to a large balcony overlooking the sea and a smaller side balcony with a dining table. This balcony is the primary access to this delightful villa.
Alongside the pool, a shaded part of the terrace provides al-fresco dining facilities. One can easily say that this is the most fantastic part of the villa, offering cyclically incredible views underneath the starry summer sky.
Villa Alexandros is 1.6 km away from Nissaki centre, tavernas and shops, 1.7 km from the beach and only 24.0 km from Corfu airport.

About the area
Kassiopi, a charming village on the northeastern coast of Corfu, Greece, is a picturesque destination that offers a delightful blend of history, culture, and natural beauty. This former fishing village has transformed into a vibrant holiday spot while retaining its traditional Greek charm.
One of the main attractions in Kassiopi is its stunning harbor, where visitors can enjoy leisurely walks along the waterfront, admiring the array of boats and yachts that dot the clear blue waters. The harbor is also lined with a variety of tavernas and cafes, perfect for sampling local Greek cuisine or sipping on a refreshing ouzo as you watch the world go by.
History enthusiasts will appreciate the ruins of the ancient Kassiopi Castle, which dates back to Roman times. The castle's remnants are perched on a hill above the village, offering panoramic views of the surrounding area and the Albanian coast. Exploring these ruins is not only a journey through history but also provides an opportunity for some stunning photography.
For beach lovers, Kassiopi boasts several pebbly beaches with crystal-clear waters ideal for swimming and snorkeling. The most popular among them is Kalamionas Beach, which is well-organized with sunbeds and umbrellas for hire. The more secluded Bataria and Kanoni beaches are just a short walk away, offering a quieter atmosphere for those looking to escape the crowds.
The village itself is a maze of narrow streets filled with shops selling local handicrafts, jewelry, and olive wood products, making it a great place to pick up souvenirs. At night, Kassiopi comes alive with a modest but lively nightlife scene, where visitors can enjoy live music and dance in the bars and clubs.
Nature lovers can venture out on hiking trails that wind through olive groves and cypress trees, leading to secluded coves and offering breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea. Boat trips are also available, providing the opportunity to explore the scenic coastline and visit nearby secluded beaches and caves.
Kassiopi's blend of natural beauty, historical significance, and modern amenities make it an ideal destination for families, couples, and solo travelers alike. Whether you're looking to delve into the past, relax by the sea, or experience the warmth of Greek hospitality, Kassiopi is a gem that promises a memorable holiday.
