Tsikkos Tria is a two storey Cyprus villa, located in a quiet area, just a few steps away from the beach and local tavernas, in Argaka, at the NW of Cyprus. It is one of the five private villas which make up Tsikkos Villas.This charming holiday home can accommodate a party of six persons in three spacious and air-conditioned bedrooms. Two more can be accommodated in the living room’s sofas. It offers a private pool (heated on request) set in the middle of a wonderful garden, balconies overlooking Chrysochous Bay and private parking space for one vehicle.LayoutThe ground level consists of an open plan space with a beautifully furnished and air-conditioned sitting – dining area, guests WC and a well stocked kitchen. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
