Villa Vista Mare Assinia is a newly and modernly renovated property in the area of Kentroma Gimari, near Nisaki, above Krouzeri Beach. It is tacked in an olive grove on the edge of the mount, with dreamy sunrise and sea views, private pool and short access to local beaches, Agni, Kalami, Nisaki and Barbati Beach.
Villa Vista Mare Assinia is a modern villa, with comfortable spaces and sunny terraces, facing Southeast. It extends in a private hilly olive grove, and it is set on two levels, large enough to accommodate a family or group of 8 people in four spacious bedrooms.
A private road connects the property with the main road and leads to a private parking, next to the main entrance and the stone pool.
Layout
The entrance opens onto open space with a living room, dining area and modernly furnished kitchen with all the necessary equipment and adjacent Guests’ WC.
On the right of this space, there is a double bedroom with a large walk-in en-suite shower room / WC and a balcony door that leads directly to the pool, with incredible panoramic views.
Next to the dining area, there is a wooden staircase that lands onto the upper floor and in a small hall area.
In this floor and starting from the left, there is a twin bedroom with a window to the rear of the house (facing a stone wall).
Adjacent to this there is a modern family shower and another double bedroom with balcony doors, amazing views and a front private balcony.
At this level, you can also find a small family WC.
Finally, there is the Master Bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom - shower room and private WC.
The impressive front-facing balcony boasts for incredible panoramic views of the coast and the countryside. Views reach all the way to the sea and at a good day can reach the closest Ionian Islands of Paxos and Lefkas.
For our guests’ convenience, there is also a rear door leading through an elevated outside terrace and a decorative staircase on the side of the house to the pool and parking area.
Pool and terraces
The pool is cleverly placed in front of the house, on the edge of the terrace, with decorative railings, so that not even the smallest detail of the incredible view is lost. There is a stone corner sofa on the side and the necessary parasol for a little extra enjoyment.
A built BBQ, dining table and chairs for 8 persons is also available for those who love to dine al fresco while admiring the stunning nightly views of Corfu bay and the luxurious cruisers running through it.
The Location
The villa is built on the slope of a hill with panoramic views. It is surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and traditional stone walls so that its modern character does not look foreign to the wonderful environment that hosts it.

About the area
Kassiopi, a charming village on the northeastern coast of Corfu, Greece, is a picturesque destination that offers a delightful blend of history, culture, and natural beauty. This former fishing village has transformed into a vibrant holiday spot while retaining its traditional Greek charm.
One of the main attractions in Kassiopi is its stunning harbor, where visitors can enjoy leisurely walks along the waterfront, admiring the array of boats and yachts that dot the clear blue waters. The harbor is also lined with a variety of tavernas and cafes, perfect for sampling local Greek cuisine or sipping on a refreshing ouzo as you watch the world go by.
History enthusiasts will appreciate the ruins of the ancient Kassiopi Castle, which dates back to Roman times. The castle's remnants are perched on a hill above the village, offering panoramic views of the surrounding area and the Albanian coast. Exploring these ruins is not only a journey through history but also provides an opportunity for some stunning photography.
For beach lovers, Kassiopi boasts several pebbly beaches with crystal-clear waters ideal for swimming and snorkeling. The most popular among them is Kalamionas Beach, which is well-organized with sunbeds and umbrellas for hire. The more secluded Bataria and Kanoni beaches are just a short walk away, offering a quieter atmosphere for those looking to escape the crowds.
The village itself is a maze of narrow streets filled with shops selling local handicrafts, jewelry, and olive wood products, making it a great place to pick up souvenirs. At night, Kassiopi comes alive with a modest but lively nightlife scene, where visitors can enjoy live music and dance in the bars and clubs.
Nature lovers can venture out on hiking trails that wind through olive groves and cypress trees, leading to secluded coves and offering breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea. Boat trips are also available, providing the opportunity to explore the scenic coastline and visit nearby secluded beaches and caves.
Kassiopi's blend of natural beauty, historical significance, and modern amenities make it an ideal destination for families, couples, and solo travelers alike. Whether you're looking to delve into the past, relax by the sea, or experience the warmth of Greek hospitality, Kassiopi is a gem that promises a memorable holiday.
