The spacious and welcoming Villa Senses occupies a privileged location above the tourist resort of Gouvia and provides breathtaking, unobstructed views over the coastline of Corfu, through Gouvia Marina to Corfu Town in the distance. Modernly finished and cleverly designed, Villa Senses can sleep up to 8/9 guests in 4 bedrooms and is fully air-conditioned. Due to its excellent location, attention to detail, extensive private gardens with a swimming pool, airy interiors, this property is the perfect choice for a large family or a group of friends looking for a genuinely Corfiot holiday yet in easy reach of the sea, Corfu Town and the airport. Without forgetting an unbeatable value for money!LayoutThe villa is set over three floors to take advantage of the living space and the fantastic views. An attractive iron gate leads to the private parking area. The main living area is on the middle floor. It features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a nicely decorated lounge (extra sofa bed for the 9th guest) with a log fire, and patio doors opening to the front veranda and pool area (offering great views), a WC. An interior staircase leads to the upper level, onto the sea-facing main bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The main bedroom also has direct access to a private terrace with unobstructed views of the Ionian Sea. Three bedrooms are located on the lower floor and are accessible via a staircase from the lounge. They are respectively two doubles and a twin, sharing a family bathroom. Two bedrooms have further direct access via patio doors to the outside, with a staircase leading directly to the pool area. For the comfort of our guests, the interiors of the villa are fully air-conditioned.Outside terraces and poolThe lovely, private swimming pool is within well-cared gardens with a lawn. It measures 9 X 4 m and has comfortable sunbeds and parasols. The swimming pool faces east towards the sea and attracts sun all day long, with beautiful views: it is the perfect spot to enjoy long, warm days under the shining Corfiot sun.
