You also need your Peloton membership to log in to the bike), onsite laundry and spacious private back yard with solo stove firepit and lounge chairs. When you feel like staying indoors enjoying your surroundings take advantage of the 3 Samsung Smart TV’s, one located in the living room, one in lower level exercise area set up to access your fitness account, in addition to bedroom 1 for entertainment or office use. The desirable location offers the freedom of blissful scenic trails while being right outside of town to experience the glitz and glam of Minneapolis. At the Nokomis Blue you can share the fun with your pooch (up to 40lbs).

• This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
• No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
• Dogs only allowed with “Pet Friendly” listings. Please provide prior notice to Property Manager team if you plan to bring your pet. Pet fee required (fee dependent on dog count, starting at $150).
• Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able.
• Consumable amenities provided by Property Manager are not refilled during stay.
• Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property.
• Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
